Introducing... the revolutionary: "Not-Enough-People-Signed-Up?-Promote-My-Trip"™ feature.

When the minimum number of participants is not being met for a trip, we will automatically email others who have shown interest in your trips before. Promoting those last few spaces on a trip (with an optional discount) makes sure you don’t lose the booking.

And that's not all... We'll add a smart referral scheme to any trip that's looking a little empty. So those who've already booked can bring a friend and get a discount.

The trip's not cancelled, they love you, you love them and everyone's a winner, baby.

How does it work?

Once you've set up your account, you then create a new trip.

This trip will have a unique, sharable, booking link, that you can place on your website, or you can share via email.

Your new guest clicks on the link, taking them to a page where they enter their personal and payment details.

Once they've done that, and the payment is successfully processed, their money will be transferred to your bank account.

You will get an email letting you know about your new booking and your guest will get an email letting them know they payment is successful and they are booked on your trip.

How much does it cost?

1%


...per booking, with a minimum cost of €4/£4.

We also process the card handler fee on your behalf (that you have to pay anyway when you take card payments) which is 1.4%.

For this, we allow you to take instant card payments, deal with all your payment processing, handle each booking, send new guest emails, handle deposit payments, automatically charge the outstanding payment at the correct date, chase late payments, organise and secure your customer data, update guest numbers, etc... so much... for so little.

Where does the money go?

We use the card handling service Stripe to process your customer's payment (they're the ones charging the 1.4%). Once payment is successful, it goes straight into your bank account, minus any fees payable.

Saving you the hassle of dealing with bank transfers and chasing payments - yet again! 👏

Is there a minimum contract? / Am I tied into a subscription?

No.


We're nice guys and we don't want to tie you up if you don't want to be with us.

There's no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden fees. There's no minimum contract, no commitment, no annoying sales people...

Come and go as you please. If you have a couple of quiet months, then there's no cost. We're trying to help you save time and make money, not force you to pay for something you don't want.

What about trip deposits, cancellations, etc?

On trips that require a deposit up front, we automatically adjust the payment required to only ask for this amount.

When the trip start date is close by, we check if the minimum number of guests on the trip has been met. If it has, then we automatically charge the outstanding amount for all your guests who have only paid the deposit so far.

If the minimum number of guests on the trip has not been met, then we email you and ask if you want to cancel the trip and refund your guests' deposits.

Would I loose the personal touch?

We automatically send out an email (to you and your new guest) when your guest has successfully made payment for your trip.

On trips with a deposit and then full payment, we automatically send out an email if the full payment fails, with a link allowing your guest to update their card details to complete the payment.

But no one wants to talk to robots.

If your guest has a special request (other than: "Why is this booking process so damn easy...?") then there's always your own email address on the page for getting deep and personal.

Also! You can email your guests yourself at anytime to see how they're getting on, talk about the snow this year, etc.

What about SCA?

What the hell is SCA?

Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is a new European regulatory requirement to reduce fraud and make online payments more secure. To accept payments and meet SCA requirements, you need to build additional authentication into your payments system. More info here.

Even if you already have an existing card payment booking system in place, you'll need to re-engineer this to make sure you can still accept card payments. Soon, card handlers will refuse payments without the extra authentication that SCA requires.

The bad news? That means more time and money on a development team to make sure you don't lose any customers trying to pay you.
